ChairCore Pilates and Yoga
Developed by Laura Acosta, these chair-based exercise programs are specially designed for those with limited mobility or physical limitations that may prevent participation in traditional Pilates and yoga exercises. There's no getting up and down from the floor, and the gentle yet effective exercises will help you build strength and enhance mobility at any age or fitness level! ChairCore Pilates and ChairCore Yoga are offered both as small group classes, and as options for personal training.

Which one is best for me?
While there are a few overlaps, Pilates and yoga are two very distinct disciplines, and you may find that one or the other is a better fit for your needs and goals. Here's a quick guide to help you choose:
